March Downloads of the Month

I can't believe it's March already! where is the year going? With that said, Mother's day is on its way, so i wanted to create something special for a very special woman. Not sure yet which one of these i'm going to give to my mum, but know she will be pleased with any of them.

I wanted to create something grungy and pretty, so that's why i designed the papers and embellishments that way. I also added some faux stitching just for that something extra, but it looks kind good, so was pleased with that effect.

If you want to get your hands on this FREE set of papers and embellishments, click on THIS link and log onto Crafter's Companion, Downloads of the Month to get yours.

Enjoy

Altered book

Ok so i've been M.I.A but i have been really busy working in the background for Crafters Companion, but i have been crafting here and there when i get a chance!

This was a little something that took me a while to do, its a birthday book, which my mum has her eye on!

It started off life as a plain bit of chipboard, which i then grunged up, glittered, glued and stamped on. The background i was particularly pleased with as i did the wood effect with paint and pleased how it came out.

This is the inside, page for every month with a page to write on....

... and the back, not as pretty as the front i might add, but i was still pleased with it!

Happy New Year!

Late i know, but Happy New Year everyone. Sorry i've not been about over christmas and new year, been really busy with lots of stuff, so havent had chance to do any posting!

Hope you like this set? i wanted to create something colourful and bright to start the new year, and this is what i came up with! To download them, all you need to do is log in to Crafters Companion and go to the Downloads of the Month and hey presto! Yours to play with.

12 Days of Christmas - Day 11

Now you cant have Christmas without a forever friends bear can you? This set of stamps is just so super cute, i just love these bears, and couldnt just make 1, had to make 2 coz i couldnt work out which ones i love more out of all of them?

Well 12th day tomorrow, so last of my xmas cards, see you then

12 Days of Christmas - Day 10

More baubbles from Stampin' Up! this set is from Contempo Christmas along with the matching wheel, must say I do love these sets from SU, i have them in the clear set, but they are also available in the wood, but im loving the new style clear sets (although they arent clear stamps, they are still the coloured rubber, but you mount them onto acrylic blocks, i think i may have to get lots more clear sets as i find it so much easier to stamps with them, and once id made 1, had to make a set!

2 more days to go in the 12 cards of Christmas, hope you have been enjoying them as much as i had making them all? See you soon

12 Days of Christmas - Day 9

Baubbles and Cricut combo! Stamps are from Stampin' Up! (Delightful Decorations) these really are a cute set of stamps, and the punches (also from SU) make life so much easier to cut them out!

Still more to come, so see you soon
