Tick Tock....

Hi all, yes.... another post this month! i am getting good ;-)
I bought this kit a while back and with one thing and another hadnt got round to making it, but finally managed to do it and grunged it up, now is hanging in the lounge, ticking away! although the leaves dont swing that hang underneath, but that dont really matter!
Was pretty chuffed how it came out tho, hubby was too as he asked me to 'Tim' it up,  so i did my best!
(he knows i have a secret admiration for Tim Holtz)

The other box....

Remember about a week ago, i altered a box, said i was making another one, well this is it!
Went a abit OTT on the distressing on this one, was having so much fun!
The stamp is from Craft Stamper magazine, brilliant magazine, so inspirational!
Anyway, here's the box, which i bought from QD and only cost about £1.99! plain wooden box, still have one more to alter, which is a jewellery box, so not sure what im going to do with that one yet?
Using Tim Holtz stamps (love his stuff!) i stamped all over the box, which id covered in acrylic paint and had to distress before i stamped like a loony over it! Flowers had in a box for ages, thought they went really well?
Hope you like it?

Thanks for stopping by, hope to see you again soon?
Take care

Altered box

Ive been having serious play with altering stuff, bought this plain wooden box for about £1.... yes.... £1 and then started to alter it. I used Gold and Cream Acrylic paints and some Tim Holtz stamps and even made the flowers on the top! Have been making another one, which i shall put on soon, still doing that one, but i am loving playing with getting messy!
See you soon
