Scrapbook Layout

I don't often do scrapbook layouts, but i absolutely love these images and had to do a double page spread with them for my post on the Sugar and Spice Design Team for last month. Using a pink page that already had a slight pattern on, i used some masks, which i then inked around and then went round with a white pen to add stitching (and yes it took ages!) used some pearly doodles to add some accents. Inked around the photo which i used punches to make a pretty edge that i mounted the pictures on. The sentiments were from the Scribble Flowers stamp set, which i just love. I glittered the petals and added gem in centre to finish off, and must admit.... im kind of liking scrapbooking, so may have to make alot more pages.

Gorjuss card

This was a card i made a couple weeks ago, never got round to posting this, or dont think i did? but used one of my fav gorjuss stamps, love this image, and printed off some papers i downloaded from somewhere? sorry but i forgot where i downloaded them from! ooops how bad is that? inked the edges, nestabilities frame, bit of glimmer mist... had to! and a flower to finish it off. Was rather pleased with the result to be honest, so kinda proud of this one.

Have done this, but really not sure? think it looks bit naff to be honest? not one of my bestest efforts i know! but here it is anyway. Think my mojo has left the building! Eeeeekkkkkkkkk now what? lol
Oh well.... back to the designing i think? lol

Gorjuss card

Have finally got round to posting this one, made it at the weekend, but have been soooo busy this week doing some 'stuff' that i really havent had enough time to post it! just popped on quick whilst having a cuppa and a 5 minute break to see what everyone been up to!
so here it is... first of many hopefully, once i get a chance! (need 48hour days i think?)

This morning's play!

using glimmer mists as background before i stamped the paisley pattern, then stamping a peacock, bit of colour etc, quite pleased with the colours tho!
going to have bit more of a play now! after all... its mother's day and im not allowed to do anything but craft! how awful eh? NOT!!!

Glimmer Mist Fairy!

Had to funk up these scrapbook papers coz they 'needed' a little something! some embossed etc on them to make them look bit more alive?
As for Glimmer Mists! well... the background has been misted, so has the green under the fairy and had to use the new fairy... Zinnia, must admit she is my absolute favourite, she is just soooo pretty, so as i couldnt think what else to add to the page, had to fairy it up a bit!
Am pleased with how it came out tho! Glimmer mists just add that little bit of sparkle needed! and with a bit of glitter.....

Made this as i was inspired by the colours of the scrapbook page, green and pink which looked fab, glimmer misted the background in the same colours (although they dont look the same colour?) but i think it needs something else? but what? hmmm?
ideas on a postcard to.........! LOL

WOW! Glimmer Mist!!!

Cor WOW! Glimmer Mist sprays are just absolutely gorgeous! bought 2 yesterday from Sugar and Spice (fab shop by the way!), but knew id have to go back and get some more......which i did! hahaha

And this is a card i made, yep changed my colour scheme from pink, brown and blue to these really gorgeous rich colours, which i decided on after id messed about with colouring the cuttlebugged part. I glimmer misted the polka dot cuttlebug background, found some really yummy orange ribbon lurking in the depths of my ribbon box and stamped some of the little flowers and hey presto! was rather chuffed with it.


Off to play some more with these glimmer mists! will post them later.....

My new toys!!!!

I been buying some inks, gonna have such fun with these!

Bought them all from Sugar and Spice as Marion was just soooooo helpful in converting me and convincing me that they were a must have!

Will post my pickies soon........off for a play now! oooooohhhhhhh the excitement! lol
